Please be advised of the following Meeting Submission Policy:
Submissions will be read within a day or two by the Web Chair. A CONFIRMATION REQUEST will be sent to the email address entered in the submission. THE REQUEST MUST BE REPLIED TO OR NO ACTION WILL BE TAKEN !!!
If the request is determined to be legitimate a posting to the meeting where & when page on our website should take place within a week but may take as long as two.
Maps, and "printable" .pdf where & when's, could take up to an additional two weeks to implement.
New Meetings will receive an initial posting in the meeting where & when page. New Meeting Announcements expire after 6 months but
can be extended by contacting our Web Site Chair
Maps and "printable" .pdf where & when's WILL NOT be updated to reflect the new meeting until 2 months have elapsed to be sure that the meeting receives enough support to survive as it requires a good deal of additional work. Thank you for your patience.
